Honestly, from my experience, horrible guitars. I bought a brand new DF and it sounded utterly dead. I thought that it might just need new strings. So, when changing strings the nut fell off. I couldn't distance myself fast enough.I feel embarrassed for the owners/builders.

Is there yet any word on how much of a price increase to expect this October?

I do like the larger neck, but also liked the 11/16" version too; I've owned both. To me, the 1 3/4" feels like the regular traditional neck.

This guitar has the upgraded 1 3/4" nut (+$175), and the handcrafted case which is no longer produced. These cases alone can fetch $1200-$1300 in the used market.
